Our in-house expert will meet with you for 30-60 minutes to assess your property and determine what’s needed for your project, address existing issues on the site, and offer solutions we can provide to optimize your landscape. We’ll make measurements of the landscape to start creating a detailed estimate. Expect the estimate and proposal within 48 hours, and our team will reach out to schedule a call.

Confirm Your Services Plan

If the proposal is the right fit for your property, you can sign the contract, and we’ll begin ordering materials and scheduling the work. At this stage, residential clients will pay a 33% deposit.

We Do the Work

The Parkyn Landscape & Hardscape team will install your new landscape, with hardscaping features, pathways, plantings, trees, fencing, and comprehensive drainage solutions. Our teams will handle all of the work and keep you informed about the progress and timeline.

Once the landscape is installed, we’ll coordinate a final walkthrough so you can inspect the work. Parkyn offers comprehensive landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential landscapes, so we’ll discuss the best options for keeping your new landscape pristine and eye-catching throughout the seasons. The remainder of the landscape project cost is due upon the final walkthrough.
